All so very professional

All so very professional, efficient and precise, including the couple of hiccoughs which Lesley and Lewis sorted out for me immediately with no fuss. Fitted this morning by Calypso 131696 Mark who was brilliant on both visits, especially appreciated call last night to confirm his arrival time and making sure still all ok. Very professional, spot on time, efficient and friendly, in fact all I dealt with were friendly and approachable and patient with me! Big thanks....

Just placed yet another order

Just placed yet another order for The Magic Mist, been using them for a while now and I must say they are a very good company especially the customer service side of things. Today for example I made an error on the order and as with the past they are straight on the phone or email to me to put my error right. This also goes both ways as we have had the occasional duff filter and they replaced it no fuss.
We have had nothing but positive transactions and interaction with this company long may it continue

Octasmart plus mattress topper Never Again

Bought a octasmart plus mattress topper as we needed a quick interim solution to put on the floor for a small period of time. As they advertise this mattress topper (and all their mattress toppers as far as I've seen) to use on the floor, we decided this would be the perfect resolve for us. How wrong could we have been. The mattress topper was delivered on time so all good there, however after unboxing unrolling and leaving the mattress topper for 24 hours it was time to test it out. We managed two hours on this product before giving up. We might as well just have slept on the floor as there is no support in this product whatsoever, it is flimsy to say the least and I am amazed that Dormeo can advertise this product to be used on the floor as it certainly can not, perhaps a small child might be ok on this but for adults this is not useable it any way. We decided to return it and ok the staff were helpful however this brings me onto my second niggle. Dormeo advertise that you get a 100% full refund on this product on the TV and the web page but this only applies to mattresses not matress toppers. We were charged £34 for courier collection and yes when you check the T&C's on the web page, when you can eventually find them it does state this. However there are many contradictions in their advertising and in my opinion very misleading plus finding the T&C's on line is not easy and hidden and need a section on their own. So basically not a good product not fit for purpose and just to make things more interesting our friends are in the process of returning an Dormeo S plus mattress as it gives them no support whatsoever, why would this be I wonder. So we now have a supposed free £34 pillow which again has collapsed after 4 days use and is now under our bed in storage. I have no idea how Dormeo have obtained 5 star status on this product but for us they be must as false as the advertising.

Had a bit of a setback with a…

Had a bit of a setback with a collection due to vehicle problems, however I was notified and kept fully informed throughout the day, just unfortunate I guess. Clair sorted me out a new date for collection after chatting on what's app so thanks for that she was great. I would ask however if a collection is missed the customer is automatically booked on the next available slot without the need to ask then you advise the customer and check the collection date is suitable just a thought

False Start...

When I first spoke to Petlog, I was not helped and told my explanation was not possible and told to ring another registry. Then whilst waiting for an offered number to ring, I was cut off. However... I rang back and spoke to a young man named Liam who was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. He was friendly, calm though I was not, very very informative and sorted all my problems out, figured out what had gone wrong and put things to rights with no problems to me at all so, yes, despite a false start, I have not every faith in Petlog. Excellent!

I thought I could simply order and…

I thought I could simply order and enter voucher number when buying from partner who accepts. Bit surprised to have to purchase vouchers for specific shop prior to purchase and lost items out of my basket as no longer in stock and available as remaining stock bought up whilst I was trying to buy the vouchers to cover.
Other than that, great!

Seconds out Round Two

This is the second time this year I have used Autoglass, the first was for a repair that was very close to the edge of the windscreen and at that time we were informed that the repair may not hold due to its location. However it did hold until and unfortunately the windscreen was hit by a stone directly onto the repair, which then caused the windscreen to crack across by 20cm. We contacted Autoglass again who responded straight away and the windscreen was replace under insurance. The service from Autoglass has been fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone to carry out any windscreen repair or replacement they may need. We were kept informed at all times as the job progressed. The technicians were very good and the finish is great. Thank you

Hey Casper Dont Bother With Third Party Couriers

We ordered our Casper mattress original and chose to pay the £20 extra to choose our day and time slot for the mattress to be delivered and to have it taken up to the bedroom and installed in situ with packaging taken away. We waited in all day for the mattress to arrive and at no time had a text message to tell us it was on it's way, and you guessed it didn't turn up on the day. We contacted via Skype USA customer services as the UK was now closed for the evening and they gave us a tracking number, which we found out later was for a company called ArrowXL courier who have a good review on trust pilot but thier workers may disagree. As you can imagine we were a little annoyed so next morning contacted Casper UK who immediately refunded the £20 extra and apologised and arranged for the mattress to be delivered by UPS the next day. The mattress arrived we unpacked it alls well. My advice to Casper save your reputation don't offer the unpack service and avoid third party couriers it's not worth the hassle as we found out. The mattress is a little heavy in its box but everyone can call on someone to give them a hand to get it to the bedroom I'm sure (if needed)

As normal your service was good, however........

As normal your service was good, however the product arrived late. I explained on the phone to your customer services, the courier that you allowed to deliver this product was not up to your excellent standard. I also explained to customer services that this particular courier had let us down previously and their reputation on trust pilot backs me up on this, they have an awful reputation. So from a customer point of view if you choose to use couriers to deliver some products please ensure they are not going to tarnish your excellent reputation, and please if you tell a customer you are going to ring them back to check the product did arrive then make sure you do. But overall I like the way you do things with your own deliveries and customer services long may it continue

This is our 4th mattress from these…

This is our 4th mattress from these guys and we have had nothing but good customer service. We even had to return a mattress as it just wasn't suitable comfort wise and they came and took it away with just a small collection charge which was acceptable to us and the refund was straight back into our bank the next day. Great service good products and good delivery service what more can you ask for

Parcel Monkey DX What's the Point

We arranged a courier through Parcel Monkey with a company called DX Delivery for pick up on Friday. We waited in all day and as the last hour approached for the pick up we started to get a bit anxious as this item needed to be delivered by Monday Tuesday latest. As the time ticked past the last pick up time we contacted parcel monkey who told us that they could rearranged pick up for the next Tuesday. As we explained that would not do we had no choice but to cancel the courier order. Parcel monkey at this point then told us that the refund would take 5-7 working days and my wife, who knows exactly how refunds and companies work, informed parcel monkey that the refund should not take this long so the staff member of parcel monkey processed the refund. Now I, prior to booking, read a lot of the reviews on this site regarding parcel monkey and they are in general not bad, so we decided to use them and thought everything would be fine. However DX as I've now discovered are considered by trust pilot reviewers to be a less that reputable company. So this being the case why are parcel monkey allowing this courier onto their website as a reputable courier company. We did contact DX direct and they were eager to take another payment to arrange another pick up but when we informed them that we booked the first pick up via parcel monkey DX couldn't help us. So in my opinion something stinks here and as one of your reviewers mentioned about DX "SCAM" perhaps they are in league with this company, which may be unfair but really parcel monkey vet your couriers this is unacceptable and this has caused us a major problem.
