Sizing is completely wrong
Sizing is completely wrong.
Paid over $100 for a size 10 jacket that would fit size 16 plus. Waste of money and company refusing refund or credit. Butter beware!

Terrible TV, terrible experience
Bought an Agora 55 inch smart tv in December. The quality of the picture was appalling and definitely not as advertised. My basic old 7 year TV was much clearer. After close to two weeks of calls to Kogan, they finally agreed to let me return the TV (at my expense!) and I booked in for a courier pickup with them for the Wednesday before Xmas (taking time off work to make sure I was home). The courier didn’t turn up and when I rang Kogan they said they no longer use the courier company and I’d have to organise my own! Instead of $60 it cost me $120 to return the TV and they refused to reimburse any costs, even though it was their error and it was their product that was poor quality causing my out of pocket expense to return. Do yourself a favour and learn from my mistake, they are shonky and not worth wasting your money on,
