Lemfi is an effective and Honest Foreign Exchange Company

Lemfi are very effective in transferring funds from one currency to the other especially from UK Sterling to Nigeria -Naira. I never had any problem with Lemfi. They could be trusted. The reason behind my 4 rating was the issue of not being able to change the bank address for an uncle Dr Uncle Ogunkoya for a long time. PJ called me and very polite on the phone.

Customer Service Understanding

The Customer Service member was helpful and understands my concern on the higher cost of the renewal. I made her aware that, it is no good increasing the homecare service charge of their existing customers.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your HomeCare renewal. HomeCare is an insurance product so like other insurance products, the price can change each year depending on a number of factors.

Everyone gets an initial price for the first year and then a renewal price each year after that.
