My kids have milk intolerance and your delivery took almost two weeks instead of a few days which I added 10 E more to deliver ASAp
I never get any email explaining the delay or that there is an issue or when the delivery is supposed to arrive & on top of that your stupid courier doesn't send it to our house & sends it to distribution place instead claiming no one opened the door which is not true because I stayed all day waiting for the delivery (which was supposed to be between 12-1.30) . You need to take your clients seriously and treat them with professionalism. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I will try to buy in other places as I do not trust your service or care for your clients.
