Did not receive order

Did not receive order . No email address to contact them which is for this day and age is shocking tried the phone number it just rang and rang

I am so sorry that you have yet to receive your order. We expected this to arrive with you on the 08/07 however please be assured we shall now investigate as to what has happened and ensure you receive your order.

We do have a 'Contact Us' section on the website where you can find out email and contact number however I do apologise if this wasn't something you could easily locate to rapport this issue with us.

Poor wifi

Wifi absolutely terrible even with new router 5 meters away from router and it's poor signal . I will be going back to sky when my contract ends

The speeds you get at home will, of course, depend on a variety of factors, it depends on your package, what and how many devices you have, how they are connected amongst other things.

We have a download speed guarantee - this will show the minimum speed we would expect for all our packages - you can take a look at that here: virg.in/speedsexplained.

If it's just the WiFi and all things are looking good over a wired connection, we have some helpful pages to get the best from your WiFi. We recommend starting here: https://virg.in/wifisos.

We do have Intelligent Wifi Pods available which can enhance wifi signal within your home, which may benefit you.

Purchased a vango airhead tent with …

Purchased a vango airhead tent with outdoor world when I got it it had a broken valve on the beam no fault of outdoorworld but must have happened at vango factory . I phoned outdoor world and there service was superb I was asked to send them an email stating the issue and within half an hr I had a response that a replacement beam had been sent out for next day delivery . I would certainly deal with outdoorworld again they made a potential nightmare a pure dream .Thanks outdoorworld
