Had a wonderful time at the empire with my daughter. The pink cafe was amazing, and our waitress summer was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Well worth the visit from Kent and we can’t wait to come back to the city once open! Thank you x

Remaps to the rescue…

Remaps came to the rescue when my ad blue warning suddenly appeared. Not only are they local, their prices were competitive and I was able to book online quickly and easily. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future if any further problems occur. Thank you.

Faulty weight loss pen

I will not be reordering with ZAVA. Their response times from customer services are extremely poor in comparison to Med Express who I initially was ordering from. My weight loss pen malfunctioned after only one dose and is now useless. I sent zava photo evidence of this and also have video evidence yet no one has responded back to me. This is quite a serious problem as it affects my future doses now that I have no pen to use, yet I’m still awaiting a response from zava. This is not acceptable and they clearly do not put the customers welfare as a priority.

Customer service response time

I placed my first order with Zava, however when it turned up it was no longer cool where it had been delivered a day late. I reached out to Zava regarding the issue, but still not had a response as yet and now I will have to use the product I have as there is no time for me to receive a replacement before my current course runs out. I was with MedExpress previously and their customer service response time was so much quicker.

Questionable results

I’m not convinced these results are accurate. The test results came back the same as another reviewer, being that my frenchie is sensitive to sunflower oil, chickpeas, potato and cockroaches!! Most dog foods come with potato in so this doesn’t really help. I’m going to be posting another sample off under a different name and will see if the results come back identical, which of course they should if they are from the same dog!

Poor customer service/response wait times

Poor customer service - extremely slow at responding to customers. Have sent several emails, the last one over a week ago, however still no response even though response time states up to 72 hours. Quicker to phone but not always possible when you are at work.

Two weeks and still no exchange

Requested an exchange which has still not been processed two weeks after the return item was received at their end which I have proof for. Exchange policy states 10 working days which it has been but still no acknowledgement. Very disappointing. I now have one piece of a set but no matching leggings!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Ordered christmas bath bombs for my young daughter. Sent me the wrong ones (a mulled wine bathbomb is not suitable for a 7 year old) then ignored several messages to their customer service to rectify it. Not acceptable.

Ordered a bed 3.5 weeks ago for…

Ordered a bed 3.5 weeks ago for delivery and ASSEMBLE. Paid £100 extra for the assembly service. On the morning of delivery at 7am the assembly guys decided they didn't have enough space to assemble the bed that was ordered even though there was adequate space available. They said they needed an extra 10cm to work with as they wouldn't be able to screw a bolt in at the end. I offered to take the radiator off the wall for them in order that they could fit it and carry out the service that we paid them for, however they came up with every excuse as to not fit the bed! I had the impression that the fitters knew what a difficult piece of furniture it was to fit together and quite frankly just could not be bothered. I was offered two options, return the bed with them and get a full refund otherwise take the bed and assemble ourselves and be refunded for the assembly service. As my daughter had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the past two weeks we kept the bed. 10 hours later my father had managed to assemble the bed for my daughter (with the radiator on the wall)! If my 74 year old father with two new knee replacements was able to assemble the bed, then why was it a problem for the assembly guys.

Upon speaking with Kids Beds Online regarding a refund for the assembly side that I was promised by the assembly guys before the bed was left with me, I have since been advised that a refund won't be given for the failed assembly due to the delivery guys spending an hour in the house deciding the best course of action.

The customer service from both the retailer and manufacturer has been shocking since.

I would like a response and refund for the assembly service that was not carried out before I take my matter to trading standards and further.

Heater problems

Have really enjoyed my hot tub so far, however four weeks after purchase it appears that the heater has packed up as it won’t heat beyond 16 degrees. Tried all the troubleshooting tips to no avail. Have tried to reach out on fb and Instagram but even though they have time to post social media stories, they haven’t time to provide a response to my problem. If I do not hear back within the next 24 hours regarding a replacement or repair I will be straight on to trading standards. I’m a working single mum on the front line and I do not have time to hold on a phone line for hours on end. I purchased this hot tub as a surprise for my daughter to enjoy during the warmer months and as a 40th birthday gift to myself. I don’t want to have wait weeks on end for this to be resolved.

*update* I finally received a call back from a lady called Victoria from Cleverspa who was very helpful. My spa is being collected within the next few working days and I've been assured it will be returned to me fully working by no longer than 10 working days. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt on this occasion. The Range have been equally helpful in explaining I am entitled to a full refund if I wish within the first 6 months of purchase. If the same fault happens twice and Cleverspa customer service team aren't forthcoming, then I shall be demanding a full refund.

The customer care team were always great on the phone and Carl who came out to value my car was fantastic and secured me a great deal. The car was collected on the day agreed and monies transferred immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again :) Thank you x

I am a new customer to Drover and could not fault the service I have received so far. My main point of contact was Alexandra whom was so helpful from start to finish. Communication was fantastic and Alexandra always responded promptly with any questions and queries that I had putting my mind at rest. The whole process was very smooth. My car was delivered on the day agreed and all payments correctly taken as discussed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and beware as they change the name of the company frequently. They are clearly scammers who steal your money and have no intention of sending the goods. They send you a false tracking number. I have been corresponding with a lady called Nicola who likes to constantly makes false promises. I am now having to take this matter further as they are refusing a refund and goods have not been received. I spent near to £60. Their new trading title is LUXE WHITENING STRIPS for information and they offer 40% off making you think that you get a good discount.
