There's no way to trust this company, and I suggest more professional alternatives. Things are slow and surprisingly yet faulty. We submitted a claim and waited for three weeks. They accepted it with the condition of completing an open bill from the previous month. I paid it, but received an email the next day that my claim was denied. I would have been ok with a denied claim, but this non-professional, misleading, and a bit of a trickery process was extremely annoying.

We bought a second-hand car from Van Mossel Tilburg two years ago. The salesperson stated that it was a smoke-free car, although we had doubts. But it smelled ok. After quite some time, the smell started to change and we were sure it was caused by tobacco. It was too late to make claims, and I contacted them about how disappointing that is. Didn't even receive a response, so I know not to trust them anymore.

I normally love the products, but I would never buy anything from the website directly, and maybe I will move away from hue products altogether following this experience. They don't take support requests under consideration, it's simply one-way communication. Doesn't give updates about the order or the support ticket. I purchased a products, and after not being shipped for three weeks I wanted to cancel it with a ticket (and also with a direct call) They took my request, but they still shipped the product one week later. And I found out about this another week further when I called them directly. And I'll simply return it, they cost me a fair amount of time with this and hopefully it'll be the last.

The app is problematic. Might result in unwanted multiple orders.
I tried to make an order but the app stated that it failed due to an issue. I tried again and made the orders successfully.
The app showed only one order on the way but it turns out there was two, which wasn't even shown in the app.
I had to pay for both of them, and the customer service refused to help. That was the end of Ubereats for me.
