We had a baby shower for our friend at Turnpike Lane a couple of weeks ago. The foods/drinks/atmosphere were all amazing, but more than anything else, I was so impressed by their service. There was one lovely lady who was assigned to our party, and she made sure that everyone was happy, offered so many things that we couldn’t expect from other cafes. (It really helped me as we have a 1.5 y.o daughter) Unfortunately we don’t live close to Turnpike Lane but if we did, we could visit there every weekend!!!

I’m also one of those who had a terrible experience with Kosta at this company. No updates from the company about where our embryos were during the process and we constantly needed to chase them. They also tried to charge much more than what they had quoted originally. We used this company simply recommended by a clinic but we should have checked the reviews here. Also you should check the company house website to see the history of this company...

Waited in all day but all I got was an e-mail saying the driver attempted a delivery but no one answered...

The email says it will be delivered to a local convenience store but after reading all these reviews, I just hope it will arrive there safely...

I visited the Victoria branch twice - once for the initial consultation and again for the result. Interestingly, both times I noticed someone shouting/arguing at the receiption.

Some staff were very helpful during the initial consultation but a number of staff were very unprofessional, not knowing what they were doing. I tried a machine to stretch the back for £80 or something but the staff who actually set up the machine didn’t get the proper instruction from the consultant and I noticed during the procedure that the strength that I was trying was completely wrong. I pointed out but no apologies from the staff.

It may work for some people, which is great, but I didn’t feel comfortable about paying £3000 in advance for something they say works for only 70% (could be wrong) of patients.

Strangely this company is highly rated on review.co.uk but I believe the reviews on this website are more accurate.

Everything was a nightmare with this company.

Firstly, they were supposed to call us about the delivery date but they didn't. Instead, the delivery guy showed up without notice. As we were not home, he just left the shed on our drive. When we were about to build the shed, we realised that the instruction manual and all screws were all missing, which took almost a week to arrive. When the instruction manual and all screws finally arrived, we realised this time that the shed was completely different from what we had ordered (there was nothing no the box to indicate the model). We asked for a refund, but it took nearly 2 months until the company came to collect the shed and made a refund, after chasing them constantly.
