Missing Item - poor customer service

Maybe it’s because Infinity Wax has been acquired by Tetrosyl but the item had a missing trigger. Rang Tetrosyl to resolve and was a painful experience, the agent had no idea about Infinity Wax and promised me a call back and email the same day, Nothing received. Email Infinity Wax direct who responded but still no trigger! Item is useless without it so can’t perform my service for my clients.

Shocking Incompetence and Zero Accountability from HMRC

My issue with HMRC has been ongoing for over 8 months with no resolution and no one taking responsibility. I had to escalate the matter to my MP and even write to the First Permanent Secretary and Chief Executive just to get a response — and the issue is still not resolved.

HMRC seems to be run by people who can only follow rigid desktop procedures with no ability to think critically or take ownership. They don’t accept emails, and any letters sent are rerouted through a Royal Mail depot in the Midlands to be scanned and forwarded, which delays everything further.

Despite submitting an online complaint, I’m still waiting for it to be acknowledged. It’s ironic how quickly HMRC chases the public for money, yet when they make mistakes, they move at a glacial pace. Absolutely disgraceful.

Incompetent Handling of Multi-Car Policy

Hastings has been a nightmare to deal with. Apparently, they can’t change a vehicle on your policy within the 30-day renewal period — something I’ve never heard of with any other insurer.

After spending hours on the phone, they managed to mess up all the vehicle and policyholder details on my multi-car policy. One vehicle and policyholder were removed entirely, leaving them completely uninsured. Unbelievable.

Their systems and staff seem totally incapable of handling basic tasks like changing vehicles, updating number plates, or renewing individual cars. I had to escalate to senior management just to get someone competent involved.

Do NOT use. Awful customer experience.

Poor service, communication and no idea what they are doing
So many mistakes made throughout the breakdown and complaint process
The operative they sent to the breakdown smelt of smoke and looked awful, not a great brand ambassador.
I guess that is what happens when you outsource your service to the cheapest bidder and not employing your own staff

The lack of Apple TV promo code part 2

The lack of Apple TV promo code, continues. After making contact with someone on LinkedIn I was promised a new code by the end of this week. Just had a call to say Curry's have run out of codes so need to ask Apple for more , you could not make this up. I told them not to bother and pay me the 5 months equivalent and I will do it myself, what a joke, it would be quicker to get an audience with the Pope then speak to a human being at Curry’s who knew what they were doing.
I will have to go old school and physically write to the CEO by letter as no one responds to phone calls or web chat or emails.

Outsource customer service is awful

Outsource customer service is awful, my issue is still unresolved, have been waiting for the promo code for Apple TV, your South African call centre told me to take my TV back for an exchange, how stupid was that comment?
Been waiting for a manager call back but nothing, no official complaint email to use, all LinkedIn curry people have their email messages locked down so can’t communicate by that media
Hopeless - worse than Domestic and General and that is saying something

Terrible customer service

Engineer was great however after a week, being on hold for a total of 6 hours, having to contact BEKO myself i still have no replacement item, will cancel all my appliances on their contract, i am in a similar business and if any of my staff treated my customers the way i have been treated then i would be embarrassed, please do not tell me to go to Twitter or FB or contact you, that is all i have been doing over the last week

Shame I have to give 1 star to write a review as the Customer service is shocking and not very helpful
Company charges for text notification even when the box is NOT ticked and are very rude over email
Kajal needs to know how to deal with customers of Cineworld and not just follow a script
