Asked a question and got a response in less than 24 hours very polite and professional.
Ordered shrimp and they were all alive and in perfect condition.
The shrimp have been in the tank for a week now and are very happy in their new home.
Only down side was that out of the 12 shrimp I ordered only 2 were female so that may lead to problems at breeding time, but it's not a problem at the moment.

I will be placing another order very soon as I am currently setting up a second tank.

I never have any problems when ordering from Wilko. Only thing I would say getting charged £5 for delivery its a bit steep think they should have a cheaper delivery option.

Very happy with purchases and service as always.

Better than thought it would be could not be happier.
