I had breast cancer a few years ago and needed a nipple tattoo- something that is not routinely offered on the NHS. After some research I found El and so glad I did. El was meticulous in getting the right shades, shape, 3D effects. She spent hours of her time getting it to look perfect. El did this service for free! I'm over the moon with the results and can't thank her enough for her generosity.

NEGLIGENT! NEVER USE! Kosta delivered my embryos to the wrong hospital despite all the instructions/consent forms/labels informing of where to deliver them. They were left unattended in the wrong hospital until his negligence was spotted. Kosta has not responded to calls from the hospitals and emails/calls from me to address this situation. I am utterly heartbroken that my last chance to have a family may have been destroyed due to his blunder. These embryos were frozen prior to me having chemotherapy so are so so incredibly precious, Kosta has failed in his duty of care and is now simply ignoring me and providing zero explanation/apology of why this could have happened. All the hospitals I am dealing with will never use him again and are corresponding with the HEFA in order for him to be banned from couriering. Please do not use him.

I made an appointment at short notice for a reassurance scan. The sonographer was lovely and took her time explaining everything. I was pleased with the room and large screen to view it on and the photos which were provided to me. Good experience.
