Words are not enough to describe the…

Words are not enough to describe the agony of dealing with this company. This courier company is the cure to online shopping! Any website which sells online should NOT deal with this company. As a customer, I will stop ordering from any platform that uses this company and its dedicated courier. The level of incompetence and lack of communication is mind-boggling.

Impossible to reach customer service

Impossible to reach customer service, the item has been collected for return after 14 days and x follow-ups, then they didn't scan the item, so there is no proof of return. The item is gone, Naqel keeps sending standardised emails without requested proof of collection. Such courier services are the reason to stop ordering online...

Nothing but positive experiences during…

Nothing but positive experiences during any shopping spree at Ounass in Saudi Arabia. Their Customer Service is still personal and allows easy resolution, sometimes via WhatsApp, with smooth Transactions and great products. The only downside is that, even when it says 3-hour delivery within Riyadh, items sometimes take 2-3 days because they come from a different warehouse. Unfortunately, you will only know that fact after the order is placed...

FlyDubai is a hard no-go for my family…

FlyDubai is a hard no-go for my family and me. FlyDubai must be the only airline that considers a handbag additional luggage. So apparently, when your ticket says 7kg, it includes the Hand Trolley and Handbag... My daughter was forced to pay extra for a 1.9kg Handbag, the amount was almost as much as the one-way ticket. We avoid this Airline at all cost.

I travel regularly with Saudi for trips between UAE and KSA, and have nothing but great experiences. The Airline has always been on time, or made up the lost time during the flight. Always friendly staff and an easy check-in. The price is somewhat reasonable. I recommend booking with Saudia when suitable.

I recommend to avoid this Platform

I recommend to avoid this platform at all costs. I booked a ticket with MMT, and then tried changing the outbound flight date. They were not accepting this change and made me lose the ticket. Then they lied and said if I don't go outbound with the earlier purchased ticket, I cannot use the return ticket (with a different airline) as the whole ticket is null. So I suck it up and bought a whole new ticket, loosing about 3.500 Dhs! When I reached the check-in on my return flight, the airline said, I have TWO tickets for this flight open and could have used the first ticket without issues!!! Now, MMT refuses to refund either of the two tickets. They are lying and fraudulent.
Initial offerings look interesting but incompetent and inflexible, non existing customer service makes it an expensive experience if not everything goes as planned.

No transparency, no service

Their terms and conditions are less than transparent. They state as per airline terms and conditions, but there is no way to check the airline terms on the particular ticketing until AFTER the booking is completed, with a valid reference number. Then, surprise, surprise, the booking is not changeable/cannot be cancelled, and there is no refund. For clarification, I spent hours talking to three different airlines, which referred me to eDreams, then to eDreams, which tried to refer me back to the airline. Then I spent another 29 minutes in the chatline waiting for a 'human' to talk to me... I had a very bad and expensive experience with eDram. Never ever again.

The carrier did not deliver the items and claims he returned the rings to the seller. In the meantime, Clami only replays my inquiries with automated replays and does not address the issue. This feels now very much like a Scam.

Terrible incompetent delivery service. Daily WhatsApp location shares but they don't show up for days. The chatting customer support is AI, therefore useless, and their emails in KSA bounce back.

One of the companies, where, even after 10 years of dealing with, I’m just happy to do so.

The absolute difference is made with personal customer service. No AI, no automated replays, no rerouting; press here or there. The Luxury Closet still values their customers.

There has never been any issues or misunderstandings simple because there is always a staff member to chat or talk too and all queries are immediately and smoothly resolved.

Selling and buying is always, straight forward and just a pleasure.

We shipped a 30KG suitcase from Rome to…

We shipped a 30KG suitcase from Rome to UAE and surprisingly it arrived in one piece after only 4 working days! I will definitely use this service again when needed.

The customer needs to know that there is a single-piece item list to be filled out BEFORE packing the parcel. (We, unfortunately, learned this only after we had the bag wrapped and nicely packed).

This service is however a bit on the pricey side and uses, after all, the same services that one would use when going directly to an international parcel company. The paperwork is confusing and needs to be done by the customer solely, so after all this is only a reliable platform to bring the service provider and customer together.

But the result was satisfying and the job was done well.

I booked first and then stumped across the reviews one day before my trip. I was scared of what will happened.

Anyhow I’m happy to say all went well, I checked in the same hotel I booked into the normal room and all is paid for, no surprises, no changes, just a normal hotel booking for a really great price.

Lots of fun, lots of fancy stuff and top service

I use LC Services since 2014 for purchase as well as for sales. I love this platform and have never had not one single issue with their services or products or after-sales service. Customer service is fast responsive and easily approachable. I would give 5 stars if only the notifications could be handled a bit more flexibly, in the sense of lesser notifications, lesser emails, lesser SMS even if multiple products are on the watchlist for example.

I also do not appreciate that some of the delivery services open the returns on the spot, which can be in the office or on the street in front of the house. I find this very unprofessional, but I'm not sure if this is based on LC requests or based on delivery company procedures.

Other than that, lots of fun, lots of fancy stuff and top services.
