Offers fail

Offers are conditional. Eg normally rebate 1.5%, buy on line 30%....follow the conditions, rebate comes back at lowest amount. Then yesterday bws, use a tracking code..bws on line page " error code not recognided"...try and contact some one, you get a bottle, going around in circles..better with cash rewards...at least you chat with a person...

Compared to other sites

Compared to other sites, a brillant compbination of various train comapnies timetables, ability to book. Easy to use. Ive not used the tickets yet. I notice various reviews give loco2 a rave.

Ive bought many vouchers from DA

Ive bought many vouchers from DA. Latley they help by using a text box to confirm important understadings, such as exact vehicle type, scdw cost, one way cost, inclusions such as winter tyres.
My experince is, if the inclusions DA say apply, are not on the voucher, rental staff can disagree. When at the counter what do you do if rental company wants to charge for an included item ? youve paid DA, all you have is a piece of paper from DA not the actual rental company itself.( paper). DA pricing for our 2019 trip very competitive.

They are good..if you ask for the…

They are good..if you ask for the actual suppliers car description/ car category and ask about SCDW costs..so at the suppliers counter you have the information ( in writing)....they will email you this detail

Located in uk...the Australia web site …

Located in uk...the Australia web site seems to continually change..often hsve to ring uk ( free) for help to load card. Note the exvhane rates are about t% lowe than banks and when withdrawing ATM typically charges $3-$4 per limited value transaction.

Theyre pricing csr types can be …

Theyre pricing csr types can be competitive. Be very careful to rralte their car type to the actual provider as provider staff oseas only know providers caregory not driveway s. Eg discount montreal talk category c , whereas DA show IDAR...discount server won't know a IDAR..so vouncher has to clearly show car youve paid for in providers language. Being a problmem in countires a couple of times.

Thanks for your review and concern - I've looked into your booking and looks like we have addressed all of your requests.

Because we work with so many car hire suppliers around the world, we find the best way to manage car types is to use ACRISS car type classification when displaying cars on our website. Our suppliers give us their recommended ACRISS code for each of their cars that we have on our website. Sometimes accidents may happen, and we're happy to amend bookings and investigate with suppliers when customers aren't happy.
