UPDATE Have been offered a discount on next booking but no response to asking how to claim it!
I have previously used APL and had no issues at all. However this time I decided to upgrade to Meet & Greet. I phoned as requested to advise of arrival but was greeted by 'you haven't booked' 30 mins later at the airport! When I showed my email confirming my booking there was a disinterested 'oh it happens' - not what you need at 4am.
I then noticed I had inadvertently booked for 7 days instead of 9 - so easy as the site reverts to a week every time you change the time. 5 emails got 'amend online' but there is no option to do this; a phone call got 'you can't do that', email customer services; 3 emails promised an answer within 24 hours - still nothing over a week later, and I had to pay £60 to be allowed the car back.
Appalling experience all round and will stop me recommending again.
