Reluctant but Necessary Review
I have dealt with A1 mobile for the last couple of years or so, And have always been happy, until now.
On December 16th, I was sold an upgrade.
Unfortunately the package arrived on December 18th but there was no phone in it..
After taking my £300 deposit, which I was hoping to trade my old phone in immediately, so I wasn't out of pocket. This situation, over a month later is still not resolved. After being told it would take 6 days to complete the investigation
The reps dealing with this are fine but have failed to move this situation on any further
So at this point in time, A1 still have my deposit, I am still paying for a phone I don't have, and have no insight into when this will be resolved.
I have recommended this company to so many of my friends / colleagues. But I will never do this again, and will warn people to steer clear of this company.
I understand things go wrong, but this is not about that, this is about the fact that, some five weeks later a1 still refuse to refund my money and cancel the contract
I am seeking legal advice .. this has been very stressful .. so be warned
