A copy paste reply does not help at all, shows the care when things go wrong, responsibility for sorting this is passed back to me again, a main part of my complaint!!!!!

I hate to write this, but I am sorry to say I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company.
I’ve had a non fault claim in the works for weeks now. It is like trying to get blood from a stone, any information. And your third parties passing the buck between themselves; with me in the middle getting ever more annoyed.
I’ve still not heard anything from Hastings themselves, had to claw bits of information from the third parties that my claim had even been agreed as no fault!
Still trying to get any sort of information from anyone on when I can actually book my car in for repair. Which remains broken to this review!
This is an incomplete experience as I hope Hastings can change this, but as it stands at the moment I feel like I’ve had to do everything myself, and still being passed around call centre to call centre, being hung up in transfer or “not my job not able to help” replies
Some assistance please Hastings..
And please have your team members who can actually help contact me.
