because I have a day pass floating around somewhere, I could not take advantage of the SAVEHALF offer, which I am very unhappy about

Bitterly disappointed

Despite trying at least 10 times to change my address on CEXs website and emailing in immediately after the order (to which I received no response at all) the items still went to my old address.

I still have not received them as they will not hand our post over.

So sorry, you’re crap.

Thank you for your review.

I'm sorry for the difficulties you experienced while placing an order online.

Please be advised that for security reasons, we deliver orders only to the address registered with the card/account used to make the payment. It is only when you pay by a voucher that the address gets updated.

Also, in order to get in touch with us, you'll need to submit a form, link to which is on the support page of our website (contact us). I can see that you have entered your comments under one of the articles on the FAQ page instead.

In case you do not receive the order even after 14 days, please contact us as stated above and our support team will be happy to assist you with it.
