Would like to thank everyone at the super bike factory Macclesfield, my wife has just bought me a motor bike for a surprise birthday present, I received it this Monday , can’t express how pleased I am with the bike . To buy a bike online without really seeing it or test riding it is a worry but when it’s your wife who has no idea what she really is meant to be looking for it’s a extra concern. No need to worry everyone at the super bike factory helped her through the purchase and the bike was everything they promised .
Rang today to just say thank you , spoke with a lovely lady (Sarah )who genuinely was pleased that I was happy with the bike she then forwarded me a £50 voucher to spend in their shop . Massive thank you to Sarah , didn’t expect that and that is why I will definitely return to them in the future for another bike .

From start to finish fantastic, the staff where so helpful and the canopy for my hilux was top draw great quality and worth every penny,
Everyone is entitled to there own opinion but for me I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if your after a canopy for your truck .

Unfortunately I had to contact your customer service today regarding a issue with my shower tray . But that was quickly resolved. I would like to thank the gentleman (LJ)that delt with this issue , not only was he courteous and polite but extremely professional and efficient and left us feeling extremely satisfied thank you
