terrible customer service and impossible refund process

Please stay away from this airline or be aware that their refund is just a lie.
Terrible refund process and the worst customer service ever.
I had to cancel my flight due to sickness. I already know that I can only have the cost of the tax back, but even that one is not working. First, I tried to cancel the flight and complete the refund process, but every time I was receiving some system error. Next, I called customer service and after taking a long time they said they have the same problem as me and asked me to fill up a feedback form. I did that. Then, customer service called me again and asked me to fill up the same form again and again and agin. Nothing happened except receiving emails from customer service with the link to the same feedback form!!!! OMG, I got stuck in a loop.

My cat has HCM and now that the cat…

My cat has HCM and now that the cat turned 8 years old, they terminated the contract and offered a new one with much lower coverage at the price of 61 or 81 euro per month. This is really cruel! I cant take other insurance since my cat already has HCM and has to go with this expensive offer. shame on you!

Fake/outdated products

Fake/outdated products
This is the first time I shop from this website. I ordered Murad oil free water gel. The photo on their website shows the correct one that has the special bottle and the cream is 50 ml.
The one that they sent me is the old version of the cream that is like a tube and is 60 ml. This old one has not been produced by the original Murad company for a long time !!!
We are not stupid to buy your outdated or fake stuff.
Now I asked for a return let’s see how it goes. But, never shop again from you!

Please never trust this company

Please never trust this company. This review is for SVEA EKonomi Sweden. I went to a beauty clinic and the reception told me to get this loan from SVEA instead of paying via KLARNA and that is how the headache started. I was paying my debt every month then I received an invoice from a third party company that I have to pay a huge amount of money as a punishment because I paid less than the new invoice (claiming a new amount to pay ) SVEA sent to me by post!! I never got such a letter because I moved to a new place a few months before they post me the invoice. However, my address was registered in Skatteverket. I called them but no help at all! They do not use KIVRA and they only use it for SVEA INKASSO!!! which is funny. sounds like they want you not to receive the invoice so that they can later charge you via the INKASSO. Then they make sure that you got the charge by sending via KIVRA instead of posting! they have my email and phone number. they never bothered to call me or email me instead they immediately send me a fine. As I see and hear from other customers this is the way they earn money by simply rubbing you.
In the end, I paid twice the loan. This company must be reported.

Dont buy rebook-able tickets

Dont buy rebook-able tickets. you just pay an extra cost and there wont be a good support from customer service at all. very disappointing!
Customer service whom I was talking to sound tired and did not try to find a solution.

Kindly be informed that we have mentioned in the flexible ticket conditions that you do not need to pay the airline change fee and Gotogate fee but you need to pay the difference in the fare. It is one of the few situations where the difference in the fare is high. We have thousands of happy customer who did not have to pay anything to change their date of travel with the flexible ticket service.

We have followed up on this case with the responsible department and made changes to prevent situations like this from happening again. We are trying to investigate every case to identify possible issues and take steps to improve our customer support services so it would not happen again in the future.

They are just changing the date without notification, while I was waiting at home the whole day for the package!
No sign of responsibility at all!
