Terrible customer service, very average product

Very poor experience with this organisation. I ordered 2 sketches - one for each of my daughter’s 21st birthday. First sketch arrived and although a little disappointed with how computer generated it looks, it was as I had ordered and did look like our dog. Second sketch arrived a few days later with incorrect wording. Emailed and was advised a replacement would be sent and I confirmed the wording required. Replacement arrived again with incorrect wording! Contacted them, no apologies, just said they’d send another. Im still waiting for it and it’s now past my daughter’s birthday despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. I now have just a picture for one twin that I haven’t been able to gift to her until the other arrived, if it ever does. I will be contacting Letterfest for a refund. Avoid.

I've been trying to cancel my policy on…

I've been trying to cancel my policy on a car I have sold for days now. It's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone - no answer and impossibly long wait times when you have a job and other responsibilities. The chat just keeps asking you to be patient and will be with you soon, then asks if you're prepared to wait another 50 minutes before cutting you off, or saying that due to technical difficulties you need to try again later. I don't want to cancel my direct debit as it will potentially affect my credit score, but it looks like I'll be paying my next instalment even though I no longer have the car as I cannot get hold of anyone to cancel. Formal complaint submitted. Please do not use this company, I can only imagine what it would be like if you had to make a claim.

Recently joined

Recently joined, great value, plenty of space and equipment , feels inclusive, love the app with suggested workouts - helped me build confidence. Some good group exercise classes, would love some yoga type ones added too.

Adding my review here to the litany of…

Adding my review here to the litany of others struggling to receive a refund from this company. I cancelled my villa, well within the cancellation period to receive a full deposit refund on 23 April 2020 and I have still yet to receive a refund. The owner has been helpful, but has little control by the sounds of it and when I contact customer services via chat or telephone which I have done a number of times, am told there is a technical issue that needs to be resolved. I am owed over £1500 which was hard worked and saved for and is a huge amount to me. I'm devastated that this business seem to think it is ok to just hang onto my money. What technical problem can possibly take 4 weeks to fix?

Massively expensive

Massively expensive - my fault should have checked before I signed up - just went with the one in front of me. Honestly - do it yourself, it cost me £1,500 in fees

We are sorry you feel our charges are high although £1500 sounds like a lot of money we did complain on your behalf and got you a pain-free result of £3,405.69 - in a turnaround of 124 days of merely requesting a pack, signing it and returning it in the Freepost envelope. Signing with Allay took the hassle out of the process for yourself, while the client can get on with day to day life while we worked in the background.
We are open and transparent about our fees every step of the journey, from initial sign up calls and our websites to the paperwork and documents we send you to commence your free PPI check. We also offer a cooling off period which allows you to cancel all activity without any fees being incurred.

We take pride in our team and our ability to claim on behalf of the client. With such a professional team, we can turnaround the length of a claim - especially this claim in question with the turnaround being less than 3.5 months from the date submitted. The average wait for The Financial Ombudsman alone is 18 months*

Our fee has since changed since the Government amendment was passed in the House of Lords providing for a cap on fees for Claims Managment Companies and legal services providers meaning they now have a level fee regarding claimants for claims management services in relation to PPI claims. This is now 24% inclusive of VAT where applicable.
