Planthood is the first meal kit that delivers both delicious and prepared from scratch additive free plant based cuisine, I have tried others. Being the owner of a micro restaurant with rooms included in the Michelin guide I feel qualified to leave this review ie. I know real food from ready meals no matter how posh they appear to be and Planthood is real food prepared by chefs with delicious fresh sauces to add to the vegetables and plant protein which generally takes around 15 minutes start to finish to prepare and plate. I have had many deliveries so far , all have been delicious not relying too heavily on Indian based cuisine as many vegan dishes often do, Planthood offers a great variety. Even my carnivore Chef praises Planthood menus and being time poor I prepare one of the meals usually 5 times per week, well done to the team please do not change .... one small inconvenience for me ( and it may be my fault ) is that I have not worked out how to pause my subscription and then reactivate it within the pause period when I have suddenly needed to order again without actually cancelling my subscription and starting again, one can pause week by week but then I do need to remember to do it otherwise I have received an order when I did not want it , this is a very small point in what is a great comapany to whom I would give 11 out of 10 for quality.

From the first appt to my 2 month check up yesterday, nothing short of a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, kindness, cost and the results, oh my word what a joy to read tiny ingredient lists on the back of jars once more! The small things are what make life great.

Mindvalley courses were good I did approx 4 of them within a month and for the other 11 months of my membership I found no others I wanted to do , made worse by the ever present CEO Vishen who is frankly annoying seemingly on or introducing or somehow always on the screen of other courses , his delivery at first drew me in but it then made me want to cancel , it felt like his very own show and that’s not what I signed up for . Way too over the top for me .

I use lifeforce in breakfast prep at my small hotel, orders always arrive on time and taste fresh and delicious being activated makes the difference. Worth it.

I have been using truffle hunter for nearly 3 years so I was very disappointed to see when my usual order of truffle balsamic vinegar arrived that it is now in 100ml bottle instead of 250ml and furthermore is almost the same price, this is not clear on the website, agreed partly my responsibility to check the sizes have not changed but as it was in my mind roughly what I paid for the previous bottle only two months before I assumed it was the same. A bit sneaky. Not sure about truffle hunter anymore.

I received a call from truffle hunter today who have offered to refund my purchase and explained the 250ml is no longer available for retail however as I own a hotel and restaurant I can now buy for my restaurant in the appropriate size bottles, this is a satisfactory outcome and I thank Truffle Hunter for remedying the situation, this how customer service ought to be done.

Have tried much of Lifeforce organics range and have yet to taste anything I do not like ... utmost care has clearly been given to all aspects of getting these delicious products to us consumers. I absolutely love Lifeforce Organics products.
