Overly busy, no parking, broken equipment
Overly busy, yes accepted this tome of year but no available parking on site it was so busy, broken machines including cycle foot hoop and water vending machine which I have paid extra for. Main reason for 2 star was the horrible loud feedback through the speakers from the class instructor for over 30 mins.

Hi Michael - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
Lastly, staff do undertake regular volume checks for the safety and comfort of our members, but if you approach the Gym Manager with more info they can look into this also. Thanks, PureGym.
