Turned away twice

This is the second time I have been turned away by staff.
I have always come to Supercuts and had my fringe cut here, fringe only - as I am trying to grow my hair longer.
The fringe cut only took no more than 7 minutes from start to finish! So I was so happy that I can pop in and out quickly esp as i work 9-5 shifts; the staff are usually nice and accommodating.

About a week and so ago, I arrived at 4:30 to an empty salon with 2 of staff members on the computer - I said hello and stated I wanted a quick fringe cut. The lady (who normally cuts my fringe) said "we can't do it, we're closing, come back tomorrow" with her hand up as if telling me to get out.
On their opening times it says - the store closes at 5:30. :(

The second time I went, yesterday, I arrived at quarter to 4; I even joined the queue prior to arriving (online check in) and it said the waiting time is 23 minutes.
I arrived, and there was one staff with a client and ?her mom, just finishing, chatting away. The staff saw me come in and I sat down.
After about 10-15 minutes they finished, paid and left; she asked me what I wanted to have done, and I asked for a fringe cut.
She sullenly looked at her computer and said she couldn't fit me in as she's fully booked for the day - there was no one else in the salon!
I was so disheartened and very disappointed. I even said, really a quick fringe cut as it was getting into my eyes, but she still turned me away. So why was it that I was able to join the queue online only to be turned away when i got there?

I booked via telephone for a 2 lanes - 10 people with food and drinks as well, the booking process was good and the lady was helpful. When we got to the bowling centre there was already a long queue with only one member of staff soldiering the reception area. When we booked in and told our lanes, we were not given the food and drinks vouchers - which I thought would be automatic or thought someone will come to our lane and ask what we wanted.
When we started bowling, I pressed the attendant button to order our food and drinks but the attendant said i had to get the vouchers first, so I queued again! by the time I got the vouchers, I then had to go queue to the bar and diner (separately!) to order what we want - and poor guy was running like headless chicken. By the time we got our food and drinks the game was nearly over.
We were thirsty and hungry, I could tell my guests aren't happy and I felt embarrassed that this wasn't organised well.
Granted it's Saturday and it's always busy, but shouldn't the service employ more staff when they know that it can get as busy as this. I'm sorry to say but I am dissatisfied with this experience.

It seems like all they can reply is I'm…

It seems like all they can reply is I'm sorry! and email or contact them another way. It's very frustrating! I've read the previous reviews and it's giving me anxiety. I just want to cancel but i cant do it online as i havent got 'a subscription'; they already charged me £24 a week after I got my trial lenses which I didnt really want!

. I just want to cancel and my money not be taken from my bank account. As someone who has anxiety and mental health issue, it is very stressful for people who are budgeting everything and already struggling with finances. I would blame Waldo if I have a panic attack. I just want to cancel.
