Disgusted in waiting time fir Appointment

Been waiting 13.5 months for an ENT appointment at Southend Hospital due to dentist concern about Mouth Cancer, I have already had breast cancer in the last 2 yrs and am disgusted at having to wait so long.
I have now received a call asking me to attend Broomfield Hospital as Southend so backlogged. But this appointment was only because my dentist and I have chassed things up. This is a disgrace and both NHS and Government should hang their heads in shame.

I brought a tomtom go expert plus on…

I brought a tomtom go expert plus on 14 March 2024 at a cost of £349.99 Today while travelling home everything froze, couldn't even turn it off. It has a 2 year guarantee, so rang argos and asked who is responsible for sorting it them or TomTom. Argos customer service today that I had to pay gor an independent technical report to show it wasn't working???? What is that all about. Do Guarantees not mean anything nowadays??? Who is actually responsible. Retailer or Manufacturer??

Hi recently sold my motorhome through…

Hi recently sold my motorhome through motorhome depot and Michael Register from the Essex branch was our agent.
I can not praise Michael and motorhome depot enough.
It is so easy from start to finish as they deal with everything. Making sure buyer are genuine, photos, adverts, to payment and notifying DVLA.
Ours was brought on the second viewing and was done that day and money in my account before they left with motorhome.
Have now brought and sold with motorhome depot and would recommend them highly. It takes all the stress out of buying or selling.

cancelled my trackstar and am disgusted

Have just cancelled my trackstar as our motorhome has now been sold, and moving to caravan which doesn't have a tracker on it. Unfortunately only renewed trackstar in Dec as part of conditions for insurance. Think it's disgusting that you can only transfer your remaining subscription to another vehicle and no refund is given.

Emporium best pet insurance ever

Emporium pet insurance is a fantastic company. My Yorkshire Terrier had bilateral luxating patella surgery in January followed by physio and hydro. She has now completed all her treatment and been released by the vet.
Emporium have been amazing, they have paid out for her treatment with out any issues. The customer service and claims department have always been very helpful and explained everything very clearly.
Am always recommending the company to everyone I speak to, even my dogs physio has now switched over to them.
The prices and cover are fantastic, you won't find a better company to deal with.

Luxating patella claim…

I had to claim for my Yorkshire Terrier who had luxating patella surgery. I found the staff very helpful and paperwork easily done by my vet.
Paid out without any arguments at all.
Would recommend them 100%

Brought TV six months ago. Had issues turning on. Contacted cello on a Tue, they picked it up on Thur. And returned it repaired and working perfectly by the Wed of the next week, which was after may bank holiday. So absolutely outstanding customer service .

Ordered a cayman poled motorhome awning over the phone on Friday 30th April 21. And it was delivered the very next day. Today 1st May 2021. What a fantastic service. Staff on the phone were very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to answer all my questions. Excellent service. Will be happy to recommend them to others.
