Shocking Customer Service.
They're great, until you get a problem.
Easy to use, cheap and cheerful, nothing to complain about. But if heaven help you get an issue, just cancel your plan and move elsewhere.
Never have I encountered such rude, unhelpful, lazy, incompetent, disinterested, and downright INSOLENT customer service representatives.
Without doubt the worst customer experience to be found anywhere on the web. Just avoid it. Pay a little more and find somewhere that cares enough to provide good customer service.
