Problem with shipping info
I am satisfied with the contents of the order, but am not satisfied with the shipping services. I clearly labeled 'M Mme Backovic Ozak' as the recipients, because this was a gift to them. The recipient on the Relai Mondial email was however me, Marija Backovic. It was only by chance that I was in Brussels yesterday and I could pick up the package for them. Otherwise they would not have been able to pick it up. Please pay attention when putting in the information regarding the recipients.
