They don't let me take out my money

How ridiculous is this system! I had an account in Turkiye when I lived there and had some money invested. Now I have moved to the Netherlands, and you have decided to put a new verification method in the Turkish system, which requires the address proof that you live in Turkiye. I don't live there anymore and am trying to move my money to the Netherlands Bybit Account, but it is impossible without a verification in Turkish system. I cannot trade, and I cannot withdraw my money atm. It is stuck, and there is nowhere to get help. My case number is 17878312

I have been trying to solve this for months now, and there is no luck. How ridiculous!

Address Verification problem Case ID: 17549156

My government-verified address proof has been auto-rejecting. for two days, and I cannot use the system and am losing money. I cannot reach them from anywhere and have nobodyblem. I submitted the case two days ago and still haven't received a response.

Disheartening Experience with a Chinese Coffee Grinder Company: A 400 Euro Letdown

I purchased DF64p coffee grinder from the Netherlands via their website. I have been using it for the past 10 months, and unfortunately, it started experiencing issues. Initially, it began making unusual noises during grinding, and the quality of the grinds became consistently coarse. In my attempt to address these problems, I reached out to the company's customer support team. They did respond promptly, but their suggested solution involved me fixing the machine by removing a lot of parts.

Despite my grinder being well within its warranty period, as clearly stated on their website, the company insisted that I purchase a replacement part (declumper) that had seemingly bent inside the machine. What added to my frustration was the lack of clear terms of service or a return policy on their website, which is in direct violation of EU laws. The company claims that the country of purchase's rights apply, but they demanded money from me to fix the grinder.

Our back-and-forth discussions took an insulting turn when they suggested that even 10 years old fix the machine and I have to do it myself. I, a customer with limited technical experience, should simply remove the declumper and recalibrate the grinder by removing the bottom of the machine. Reluctantly, I followed their instructions to remove the declumper, which resolved the noise issue. However, the grind size remained unsatisfactory. Therefore, I continued with disassembling the grinder, including removing the bottom. Reluctantly, I began the calibration process, only to find it exceedingly difficult, with non-standard nuts complicating matters. During calibration, the adjusting arm broke. When I reached out to the company with the unfortunate news, their response was that this issue had also affected other customers and I needed to purchase yet another replacement part. It begs the question – if this problem is widespread, shouldn't the company reevaluate the quality of their product?

Regrettably, they now refuse to repair the grinder themselves, leaving me with a 400 euro purchase that has effectively gone to waste. I find it disheartening that the company's customer support and the manufacturer have been unhelpful and unresponsive throughout this ordeal. There are alternative options available in the market that not only respect local laws but also spare customers from excessive customs taxes.
