Vinyl in great order well packaged so no fault there
Rough Trade clearly need to up their game a bit on delivery I got an email last week to say it's on its way 48hr royal mail ...so I waited in and zilch almost a week later another email your package is on its way
Do I trust you in the future that is the question

Ordered a black glass splashback on a buy n collect got to store but wasn't available as it wasn't on the shelf
Ordered again from another store and went and collected ...3 days later opened box and it was clear not black ..back to store only to find they were being very rude and awkward about it....hardly my fault that I have to make a 15 mile round trip plus an extra 5 then a further 10 is it
needed some help on a kitchen wall cupboard asked at the till and the lady rudely said nope I'm going home ..someone will be with you soon to help 10 mins no one... I walked back to where they are ..and managed to get help from the guy to get 2 down from the middle shelf ..1 box was taped up (should have known) upon assembly I found the taped box had obviously been put together before and taken apart and returned...2 screws missing chips and 1 damaged hole ..
Disappointed with attitude on certain staff and if returned items are for sale these should be seconds not New ..
