A very slow collection

So the drop off OK abit abrupt but we dismissed that, On the return we had to wait at T3 arrivals for 1.5 hrs to then take the 25 minute trip to our car which we knew about but not be be at there mercy after a 12 hr flight waiting to be collected..first and last time I would totally recommend elsewhere.

Not very fair

On your website it had stock availability of 1.

I brought and you didn't have it in stock and informed me it's 4 weeks wait.

Upon checking we noticed you had cancelled your order via email and this was actioned and refunded to you. Such poor service's

They was booked to pick a parcel failed to show up for 3 days and once they did they lost the parcel admitted by them.

So we make a claim as paid for but they say that the proof of it not arriving is not conclusive so they can't refund dispite and email from the company saying they did not receive it and me paying for a signed for...they admit they have no signature so i pay 19.00 return and dont get my 160 back from the company ..thanks parcel to go...scamming company..

Absolute rubbish customer service and…

Absolute rubbish customer service and poor trees .
I suppose they will try and defend themselves publicly but utter rubbish services and very poor attitude,Poor quality trees.
