Was asked to get back in touch with Gousto regarding my previous negative review regarding an ongoing/unresolved issue I have and unbelievably the email address no longer exists. Customers who think the company is responding to reviews, should realise these are automated reviews and targeted at no one in particular. It’s all a complete waste of time!

Having a problem and no one wants to help..

Having a problem between Gousto and Red Letter Days, which I have been trying to resolve for 2 months. Neither company seems able or willing to sort it out. In brief, I received a Red Letter Days gift of a 4 meals for 2 people for 2 weeks Gousto meal box. Gousto told me I couldn’t receive the meals because I already subscribed to Gousto. My relative paid around £50 for the gift so I’m not prepared to just write it off. There is no point in passing it on to someone else as Gousto offers big discounts for new subscribers anyway, so the Gousto meal experience through Red Letter Days is completely pointless! Red Letter Days tell me that they have contacted Gousto to cancel the experience so it can be re-issued to me and I can choose an alternative experience. Gousto tell me Red Letter Days have not given them the correct details. Very frustrating to put it mildly. A thoughtful gift has turned into one hellova headache! The meals may be good (although this week I had a rotten tomato in my box) but customer service is zero!

Customer Engagement team, don’t engage!!

So, I wrote a negative review over a week ago and the response from Red Letter Days advised me to contact the Customer Engagement team at BuyaGift, which I duly did, going through the whole sorry saga once again. And do you know what, not even an acknowledgment of my contact/complaint! In future I wouldn’t bother!!!

Customer Service is appalling when you have a problem!

I received a Red Letter Day gift of Gousto meals for 2 people, 4 meals for 2 weeks (cost almost £50). Useless because I already subscribe to Gousto and this was for new subscribers only! Useless also because if you want to subscribe to Gousto the discount for the 1st few boxes is equivalent to the cost of this gift! For weeks I have been going back and forward between Gousto and Red Letter Days to get my booking cancelled so I can book something else! No one seems to be bothered to help - Customer Service is appalling. AVOID wasting your money on a Gousto Red Letter Days experience, as my relative did, thinking it would be a nice treat!! It has just caused frustration!!!

Great customer experience

I find it very easy to browse and book (with lots of choice of quality accommodation). The customer service is always excellent, efficient and friendly. Staff we have talked to are knowledgeable. We find C & C trustworthy and supportive and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Great choice of clothing at the moment…

Great choice of clothing at the moment in Superdry, lots of lovely shirts, jumpers, gilets and joggers plus lots more. Everything seems really nice quality. Jumpers and joggers bought for Xmas presents. I am sure they will be enjoyed. My husband loves his vintage check shirt so much he bought another one!
