I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with Octopus Energy which had been going on for 4 months
I f I had left a review then it would have been zero it really was a traumatic experience
However a representative by the name of Dave took charge of the case just 4 days ago and it has now been resolves satisfactorily
I only wish he had the case 4 months ago, it would have saved me a lot of stress

Shocking Service

Promised you would sort the problem by Thursday 13 Mar, still not sorted today Wed 19 Mar
Promised phone call after phone call but nothing and we are spending time that we cannot afford chasing you up without success, this is costing us 000's in lost business
We have now been promised a phone call between 9am and 10am this morning Wed 19 Mar, if this does not happen I have no alternative but to seek legal advice as I believe we have been mislead by BT
Update Thu 20 Mar : No phone call yesterday, we had to call them we then spent 4 hours on the phone being moved from department to department with the problem still not resolved, we are at our wits end and BT really don't seem to care. They have promised us a phone call at some stage today with the solution that BT sold to us over a week ago. Hope I'm wrong but it seems like blatant mis selling... time will tell.
