Gym is run down full of broken…

Gym is run down full of broken equipment showers and toilets covered in blood shit n piss kids treating it like a playground will not be rushing back anytime soon

Hi Gary - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we are sorry to see this is 1 star and hear this has been your experience of the gym. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time etc.) so this can be investigated. Thanks, PureGym.

STEER CLEAR DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Been told I could have all the phone recordings between me and these liars
By two employees one being a manager
now I’m being told I can’t have them as I want to forward them to my solicitor and trading standards...! IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW SEE YOU IN COURT MONEYBARN!!

Been absolutely ripped off got a Ford…

Been absolutely ripped off got a Ford kuga last June not even had it a year and the gearbox has blown up moneybarn have said its due to wear and tear they then stated they would try and help me as it’s gonna cost over £2000 to fix they said they would stop the payments for 3 months now they are saying they never said that which is all lies...! DO NOT GET FINANCE OFF THESE ABSOLUTE RIPPED ME OFF !!
