The staff are well informed on Volvo cars and the product inquiry regarding specific parts and models.
I had an issue with a suspension related part that I ordered for my 2006 Volvo V70 while in Calif. 2016.
I moved to Germany and brought the car with me and in less than a year after purchase and the part failed and had to be replaced here in Germany. I was given a percentage credit for the failed part by your sales representative however, haven't used the advantage.
This was not a service issue but a product related topic, but nevertheless a very disappointing financial inconvenience.
