Satisfactory but room for improvement!

Bath arrived on the selected date however there was a change with the delivery time which I wasn’t notified of which led me to have to chase it up with a customer service department that take forever to answer calls.
Delivery drivers were lovely.
Yet to unpack the bath but will update if necessary!

I mean it's a pretty easy process but…

I mean it's a pretty easy process but this service doesn't seem to adapt for wheelchair users. My locker was at the very top which was awkward haha I had to ask a passer by for help. Which is fine but would be better if there was an option to not have that happen.

I actually enjoy this gym but unfortunately the owners don't care about their disabled customers. Lift "broke" in December 2022 (the alarm doesn't work but the lift is still being used by staff to cart bin bags up from the lower ground)- It's now April 17th 2023 and I've had no update whatsoever about when I might be able to return despite having reached out numerous times! This is at least the second time this has happened. The first time I was given access to two other gyms- one of which had a lift that was also broken and the other scarcely had room to walk through let alone navigate a wheelchair. Do better or don't claim to be an inclusive gym! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Edit- August 22nd 2023 and still no update re the lift! 👌🏻

Edit- Puregym I was notified that you replied to this review but there doesn't seem to be anything here..? 🤔
Can you please give me the email to make a formal complaint, not for the Shoreditch manager Paul I've already emailed him about this issue numerous times with no joy. 👍🏻

Great first experience

Great first experience! Ordered a Session Goods Bong on Sunday night and received it on Tuesday afternoon. Even got some free chocolate included 🤗
Will definitely use this site again for all the goodies that are hard to come by here in the UK
