Great experience

I used Premium Parking Luton for the first time and had a great experience. Great price. It’s very close to the airport, with only a 5-minute transfer. On the way to the airport, one bus had just left when we arrived, but by the time we parked, another one was already waiting.

On the way back, we waited less than 5 minutes for the transfer bus. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout. Our car wouldn’t start when we returned, and the staff kindly helped us jump-start it, which we really appreciated.

Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Horrible app

Review: Tennis Channel App
⭐☆☆☆☆

This is easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. If I could give zero stars, I would. While the mobile version is mediocre at best and nothing to write home about, the TV app is a complete disaster. It works on the first launch, but if you try to open it again, it refuses to function unless you uninstall and reinstall the app. This frustrating cycle repeats over and over.

For an app tied to such a prominent sport, the lack of reliability is incredibly disappointing. Watching tennis should be a seamless experience, but this app makes it a chore. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app until it gets a serious overhaul.

Disappointed with NOW TV Sports Subscription

I subscribed to NOW TV (sport) specifically to watch tennis, but unfortunately, the experience has been really disappointing. The picture quality is poor, especially considering the high cost of the subscription. On top of that, you have to pay extra for HD, which is barely an improvement. To make matters worse, not all games are even broadcasted, with only selected matches available, which is incredibly frustrating for a tennis fan.

Overall, it’s just not worth the money, but given the limited alternatives in the UK, I feel stuck with it. I expected much better for the price, and I'm left frustrated and disappointed.

I booked my holiday in Gran Canaria and…

I booked my holiday in Gran Canaria and received an email that it will be confirmed with if 48 hours. It wasn’t. A week later received text to call them. Turned out the room I requested was no longer available and the other option was £260 more. Being on the line with them I checked hotel availability and rooms were available. I tried to argue asked why that sell sth that is unavailable and if they can prove that it was also unavailable within 48h of booking. They basically told me that I have two options either agree to pay £260 more or cancel. I decided to cancel not only because I didn’t want to pay extra but also because of the negative reviews. I then booked the same flights, hotel and airport transfer and it was £120 cheaper than their original price. Also I asked why I had to wait a week for confirmation without any contact whatsoever and the guy on the phone told me that they are very busy. I know it’s not his fault but it’s very unprofessional. I’ll think twice before booking with them again.

I understand it can be terribly frustrating when price changes occur but this can happen from time to time as prices are set by the suppliers/airlines and can easily change outside of our control (sometimes even in the time it takes you to fill out your details online) but we will always give you the best price possible when trying to secure your holiday - If there has been a price change then our dedicated pending team would call you back to explain the price differences before your holiday is confirmed and before any payments are taken.

Once a pending order becomes a confirmed booking and you have received paperwork you will not then experience any price changes.

Hopefully you will give us another chance to get you on your holidays.

Nie polecam

Nie polecam. Wypożyczalnia wymaga pełnego imienia i nazwiska na karcie kredytowej, inaczej nie chce pobrać depozytu. Jeśli, jak w moim przypadku są tylko inicjały imienia, zabierają z karty 1300zl + 390 zł za paliwo mimo iż tankowanie od pustego do pełnego baku wyniosło mnie 260 zł. Musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę na samochód bo nie było dostępnych mimo iż zrobiliśmy rezerwacje 2 miesiące wcześniej. Niemiła obsługa.
