Shocking Customer Service

Happy to take money but ignore customer queries afterwards - awful first impression. Will never use again!

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its not that customer service is bad - it is just completely non-existent!! There is no telephone number and I have been emailing for days but no one has acknowledged my emails never mind responded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Early morning wake up!!!

Actual delivery was fine - what cancelled that out though was by being woken at 6am on a Sunday morning by an email asking me to review my experience! Bang out of order!
