They did not send the purchase and slod me something that is not available. I purchased a photo and was refunded weeks after keeping asking for it.

This is is a dishonest practice. I purchased four tickets for my family and myself for the advertised price and it was cancelled on the following day for no reason. When I contacted the customer service a female kept repeating the same thing over and over that the booking was cancelled for technical reasons and it was my name is got to many names which is a reason I never heard of it in airline booking. I would never recommend this agent to any one please be careful they advertising a price to get you interested then the prices goes up when you search the trip again. Waste of your time and by the time you get tour refund you will miss out on lots of deals. And if you miss the cancellation email you will turn up in the airport and no booking for you.
