I had a great experience with Club 4x4

I had a great experience with Club 4x4. Maria was professional, very helpful, and took the time to clearly explain the entire claim process. The service I received was fantastic from start to finish, and I genuinely appreciated the clarity and support throughout. Highly recommended.

I attended wetherhill park store to…

I attended wetherhill park store to pick an online purchase with the free gift. I asked a female staff if its possible to chaange my free gift. She stated i wont be able to as its been finalised. I sated that can i refund the items and re-urchase just to get a different free gift on offer. The staff appeared irritated, rolled her eyes from me and said thats going to take a lot of my time to process. I was shock with her actions and ger costumer service and communication towards me was poor. At the time, there was only myself and another person at the service table and no one else on the queue.
