I used this Airconditioning company for installation at my home and I found them professional and efficient and at reasonable cost

I booked a room for four nights as I had to go on a course and paid £245 the host called me and cancelled last minute so I contacted airbnb they offered me a refund but I will only get the refund in 15 days so I complained and they gave me some hot air about that's how banks work
after 4 hours on the phone and some persistence they offered me a £40 voucher to book again and pay when I put the voucher in, it did nothing and took the whole money from my card again ,,,when I called again they told me the voucher is valid for 1 year,,!!!!!!! so I had to complain and asked to speak to supervisor I was told I had to wait 2 days to speak to their supervisor that's their policy


So be warned they will take your money immediately but any complications you have to pay again and wait 15 days for refund

don't even bother asking for a supervisor as you will not find one on duty that's their policy

Their vouchers do not work it's a gimmick to get you to book again

I bought an office desk with 10 screws to assemble when I put it together it was so flimsy I didn't think it will last 2 months so I took the screws out and put it back in the box and sent it back . they deducted £40 saying I did not dismantle properly ????? I don't know how you can unscrew 10 screws improperly ???/

when I raised a complaint I was directed to community for help !!!!

They want other customers to do their work for them,,,,,

0 star that's all I am giving and that's generous .

Customer service is non existent all hiding behind computer screen - no phone number

Got me to post it back and they said they are going to deduct £2.99 for a small light weight peace of plastic

I still have not got my refund

I would not recommend them as they are not professional at all

it's not often I look for a film or series that I want to watch and it's on Netflix,

joined this useless company they sent me some leads when I contacted them they told me that the jobs had gone a long time ago.

when I called to get a refund on my balance they refused they told me that I had 14 days to claim my money.

I told them if they are a legit company they would give me my unused balance back but they told me that I should have read the small print >

there are more trustworthy companies out there for leads.

useless leads. joined bark and offered me a money back guarantee when I requested the money back guarantee as all the leads were useless they said I have to wait 7 days.
when asked to speak to a manager she was rude and said we don't have any managers at all available to speak to me.
but wait ...they have a better plan if you pay more money you get more credit for more useless leads

nothing was mentioned about 7 days waiting when they took my money
but they did insist on upgrading me while they had my credit card information
