Bought a razor & 5 blades

Bought a razor & 5 blades, not great shave as head of razor bends back too much, ie, not in contact with skin. I have to hold my index finger behind blade to ensure a smooth & close shave.
Also, the white strip @ the top of the blade comes apart, string like, messy. 8 days usage & 2 blades heads.
Over priced & over rated.

Yet again a problem with water/showers

Yet again the showers are out of order but of course no one advises this nor even puts up a notice to that effect. This has been an ongoing problem with water/showers. When there is no hot water the gym must close, people use the toilet & must ensure hand washing is carried out with hot water.
Please improve the communication, why have an App if Puregym do not inform or advise of this situation, even try putting up a notice.

Made a robust complaint to the LGO…

Made a robust complaint to the LGO which took months for them to investigate, staff 'work' from home, so that says it all.
Total waste of my time, don't even think of engaging these muppets. It's a cut & paste exercise for LGO.

FOS = Total waste of time

Contacted FOS regarding Raisin. This took 6 months and then advised by FOS they could not investigate. Total waste of my time and money.
Too many of FOS staff 'working' from home. Serious lack of professional behaviour and a 'cut n paste' response.

Do not insure with Hastings !!!

I keep having to inform Hastings I do not have insurance with them but they keep requesting details of NCB. Very concerned with the lack of response & action.
