They let me down at Cancun airport
I booked a transfer from Cancun to a hotel in Riviera Maya a few weeks in advance. My flight was about 30 minutes late and this became a pretext for them to say that no car was available for me. So I had to pay US$200 in emergency for an alternative ride. Refunding me the cost of this cancelled transfer does not nearly compensate the trouble we experienced on this trip.
