Gym wins my gold medal

This is not only the best value gym I have used, but also the friendliest. There is an excellent choice of facilities and machines in great condition. If anything does go wrong, they are repaired quickly. But the true accolade of this gym are the staff. Rach and her team can never do enough to help and their advice is second to none. Always knowledgeable and friendly. It’s well worth having a trail day if you aren’t a member.

No information, no order after almost a month

For the second time in a month I am having to post information about the shockingly poor service from G-Star.
My second order on January 14th has still not arrived. I have also been lied to about dispatch. G-star claim my order has been sent, but DPD have not received it. This is after a month. What makes it worse is they will not communicate information when requested.
I'm very disappointed as G-star have usually been very prompt and considerate about notifications in the past, but after my experience this year, I will not be using them anymore. There are plenty of good, honest and considerate mens clothing companies who have respect for their customers.

We are sorry to read about your disappointment.

We are experiencing delays on our carrier network, which is preventing us to deliver the parcel is the given timeframes.

Your package has been shipped to the UK, we can assure you this, the fact that DPD is not able to show the tracking is due to the fact that track and traces get updated once our package has arrived at their UK HUB and scanned by them.

You will notice that we have now changed our delivery date to the UK to 10-15 working days due to the delays.

Due to the above mentioned, our customer service is overwhelmed by contacts which are preventing us to provide our usual fast response.

We have now requested to our agents to get in contact with you today,

Our deepest apologies for all the inconveniences experienced.

Not G-Star - should be No-Star

Made an order on 8th January 2021, received notification on 22nd Jan that my order was delayed and would be delivered before 30th Jan. I have still not received it. Only get automated replies when contacting them claiming the goods are in transit. When I check the tracking number the delivery company say they have not received the order. Have contacted them everyday for a individual response from a human, but messages never answered. Money was taken from my account on day of order.

Dear James,

We can see that your parcel has been finally delivered.
We are sincerely sorry for such long time in receiving your package.

During Brexit, a number of orders to the UK has been blocked at customs for some days, as soon as custom received information on how to proceed from the governments involved, we noticed that our packages were not advancing as they should have.

We immediately got in contact with our carriers to solve the situation.
A situation that is, against our will, not solved yet fully solved.

During this month we received, due to the issue above mentioned, thousands of emails and calls on a daily base which prevented us to keep our standard response rate but as visible from all the below answers, we have no intention (of course) to leave anything unsolved.

We are doing our best to fix this situation as soon as possible.
Our deepest apologies for all the inconveniences experienced.
