Ever since they closed their branches (about 10 years ago) their customer service has gone downhill fast. They have been sending this message where they urge me to accept the new conditions. I wrote two e-mails, called the customer service twice and in both I asked for a comparison (old conditions vs new conditions). I´ve been waiting for an answer for over 4 months now. Nothing. The person on the phone said they´d send it via e-mail. It´s been almost a month and still nothing. What a joke. I wonder if they even read people´s reviews.

Completely useless customer service. Wrote two e.mails, never got an answer back. Called their customers service, waited so long that I ran out of my phone credit. Completely useless.

Advertised as FREE, but ask for money right after you uploaded your documents. I really dislike deceitful advertising. Don´t use the word FREE if you´re not giving anything for free. Your right to trick people, my right to give you a bad review.

What a joke website! They make you waste all the time editing the document, saving it etc. and then you can´t even download it on your computer. Free trial? Come on! Absolutely useless.

Inconsistent and untruthful information on the website. The website says you can change the booking and only have to pay if the new trip is more expensive. Not true! Tried to do it and they wanted to retain half of the money I originally paid and make me pay in order to rebook a trip of the same price as the original. I wanted to ask more information at the counter, but they wanted 3 euros for any counter service. Avoid as plague!
