Massively disappointed with IKEA Oman

Massively disappointed with IKEA Oman. Absolutely disgusted with their approach to customer service. I went all the way to IKEA in Ghubra and order several items (which they showed me were in stock). I asked them to deliver it and they asked me to choose a date for delivery. Everything sorted? No. On delivery date morning, they call me and inform me some items i chose are out of stock! Bullshite. Next, the delivery that was supposed to happen in the evening never happened. Worse was when i contacted their customer service. No one picks up the call. Secondly, whatsapp chat is pointless, you are talking to a bot. Thirdly, i finally managed to get a customer representative "Ammar" on their website chat. All he says is "I will check with the store". And then he disconnects the chat! Wow IKEA well done! Never coming back for sure.

Stay away from this store. Cheating owners wont parcel your goods if ordered online and if away from Australia

I purchased cricket shoes online from Stag Sports on 24th of September. Its been a month now already and there's absolutely no inclination of them reaching out to me or at least explaining why they havent been able to ship the shoes yet. after much persistance (i found a whatsapp number of the owner), they gave me a tracking number. The tracking number just gives me a "pending" status and its been 1 month now. Very disappointed. They took my money and cant even provide the goods.

Will charge for seat selection, but wont give you option to select seats.

While booking online for a trip from Frankfurt to Brussels on ICE train, they gave the option to book seats for me and my family for a charge of around EUR 25. i took this option and paid for it, yet when i completed the booking, i didnt get any option to select my own seats and when i contacted SNBC about it, a Mr. Verpoort just responded saying that its not possible to book seats. I asked why did they charge me for the seat booking and they havent responded yet and its been 48 hours+. Cant trust this type of bookings in future.

On ICE and IC trains operated by Deutsche Bahn, seat reservation is totally optional (but recommended).

Unlike Eurostar, Thalys or TGV (whose tickets always include a reserved seat), ICE tickets do not automatically include a seat reservation. This is why our booking interface offers the possibility to reserve your seats for a supplement of €6 per seat.

This option gives you the guarantee of numbered seats (mentioned on your ticket), but not the possibility of selecting your seats specifically: when taking the optional seat reservation, your seats will be automatically allocated by the carrier's inventory system.

We're sorry to read that this was not totally clear. Yet, considering the distance of your journey, we're truly convinced that you won't regret to have a reserved seat for you and your family.
