Not a great first impression…

There are no working toilets availble today. I came out of my way to get here. I guess this is going to be a very short workout. What toilets are your staff using

Hi Tracy. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused on your first visit.

On 07/02 the changing rooms, toilets and showers were temporarily closed. All members were contacted via email and alternative gym access was added. These facilities then re-opened on 08/02.

In the meantime, I really do hope this does not put you off from attending the gym. Thanks, PureGym

I'm trying to get through to East ham…

I'm trying to get through to East ham branch to see if I've left some items there yesterday. But I keep being hung up on. I've been going to this store since it opened and this is the first time I've ever rung in so not impressed.

Not a good experience with JD

I brought a pair of fila trainers but they ran really small, I'm a size 6 and they are really tight. I thought I'd wear them in but they are still tight weeks later. I do alot of walking and work out occasionally so my new trainers are NOT ideal unfortunately. Even my daughter tried them on and she's a size five and she says they are tight?? I can still wear them but not for very long periods and with minimal activity. The box also came slightly damaged but that's a non issue for me

When I saw the 50% sale I decided to buy some Addidas trainers. But low and behold they didn't have my size and I can't get through on the phone to ask if any stores have them in stock. Not a good experience at all.

I'm sorry to hear that the shoes you had purchased did not fit well as they were very tight when you had tried them on and the box had arrived damaged. Vanquis unprofessional

Vanquis, overcharged me in APR for months. I had no clue because I was a trusting customer and thought I was dealing with a professional business. I couldn't have been more wrong. BEWARE you may need to go over every single figure to ensure you're being charged the right amount. They accepted liability but compensation was set at £50!!!! Disgusting! Beyond dissapointed with the service. BE WARNED!

Scammers

Scammers. Please beware. Was on a night out with work expected to take the bus back as I have many times before. When I came out of the club my work colleague insisted on paying for a cab for me to get home. ( I work with the best) We looked online and the price came to £22-£26. We thought that was reasonable. When I got home the cab man said it was £30. I told him the maximum on the website was £26? and he acted like he couldn't care less an to complain if I wanted. Dont use Bolt that are pulling a scam.
