If I had appreciated how seamless the process was going to be I would have done it sooner. I recently went in holiday but couldn’t wait to get back to my new kitchen … that’s a testament to how delighted we are with it.

I joined Thrive with a certain amount of fear, it’s was a big step. I was soon made to feel so welcome in a safe and supportive space. I have learned that connection is key in achieving emotional sobriety. Getting sober is so much more than not drinking alcohol. There are no subjects off limit, and there is always support whenever you need it. There are also great resources available on the platform with weekly zoom meetings that cover many topics. The connection in Thrive, helps to dispel the solitude that sobriety can bring in the early stages. It’s a privilege to continue my sobriety journey with Thrive, Teri and all the amazing women that have held my hand when I needed them and for me to hold theirs .

Caroline Lofthouse yoga teaching is first class. Very well instructed to all levels of ability. Caroline is helping me develop my yoga practice. The improvement in my practice in a relatively short amount of time is great. Caroline is patient, client focused and offers a well guided practice.
