always shop here both instore and online and do not have any problems , staff in store are lovely and very seldom have delays in online purchases being delivered to store

first time buying on this site so that is always a bit of a worry, but it was great got 2 sets for easter gifts and they were lovely and arrived on time quick delivery, very happy.

Made a click and collect order they say 1 hour but 3 hours later nothing . I got onto live chat first chap called kevin said he was transferring me to the wilko team then after giving all the info they said they were transferring me back to homebase team then margaret said she to wait for email she was closing chat and not to hesitate to call back . Why I got no help the first time OMG

I ordered a gift for a birthday present and as they usually arrive quite quick i had nearly 2 weeks however after ordering i heard nothing i then had to try to get in touch and made a couple of attempts finally asked for a refund and only then was it sorted and the package arrived, i know this is not the norm but it is a bit of a worry

first times to buy from this site and while it was a struggle to set up my account i got there eventually and from then on it was plain sailing bought an item and it was delivered on time

bought some products for my niece she likes the second skin make up which is lovely I also bought her the new mascara which I think looked really good . she uses the sky high by maybellline which she likes but I think the aimee connelly one was way nicer however while she liked it she did say it flaked a bit. the delivery was very fast good company .

My broadband account was due for renewal so I rang ti see what offer they had for me . On website it says 40 euro for first 6 months then 50 . They gave me offer of 45 first 6 months when I queried this they said it was no longer available and the website sometimes takes a while to update. What complete rubbish if you buy something in a shop that has a tag for 40 euro they don't charge yoy 45 even if it is off sale they honour the price .in my opinion this is false advertising

I ordered chocolate from here and it was a friday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend so i did not expect to get it delivered until wednesday but to my great surprise it arrived the next day on saturday. amazing service and very good value.

Bought flowers to be delivered to london from Ireland . Tried to do this with Interflora to no avail, could not reach on phone or order on line . however Prestige flowers were very simple to order on line no hassle , flowers were better and nicer than the ones on interflora and cheaper also, they were delivered on time and my friend said they were beautiful the nicest ones she has received. thank you to all at prestige.

OMG in this I tried to ring the contact number and it said it was closed and then proceeded to say the opening hours which clearly stated they were open . For a world wide company sort yourselves out, you lost business today.

Bought on this site for first time , they have lovely pieces of jewellery. I bought a pendant necklace cladagh birthstone it is beautiful, arrived within 3 days. I even got a free gift which may I say is lovely .Would for sure use this site again.

I ordered a light kit and I opted for D.H.L delivery express. this did not happen and the parcel was sent via an post so was not delivered on time . that said it all got sorted customer service was good , and they issued a refund for the postage that I paid. I would definitely order from them again despite the small problem that I encountered.

I bought an crystal amulet necklace from here and it was beautiful. it arrived within 7 days and am very happy with everything. I would just like to make a suggestion that perhaps there could be updates as to when the product is dispatched and when the courier has it etc. but that is just because when ordering from a company for the first time it is always a bit iffy as you dont know in this time if they are ok. that said love the product.

I recieved a discount code from them for 50% off anything including sale items which is really good not many places include sale items . Ordered pair of sketchers boots half price can't argue with that . It is very easy to order online payment etc, no problem and delivery was very fast. Only issue I would have is that they use fastway as a delivery service.
