Avoid BHP UK for motorcycle tuning - Save Your Money

I purchased BHP UK's ECU Flasher and tuning service for my 2020 Kawasaki H2 SX SE. After a month of dealing with them, I can honestly say this was £648 wasted.

Before everything, I must say that the manager didn't offer to fix the map AFR as I wanted, and also to give money back bcs he is not able to tune below 3000. Now the full story.

Problems started immediately - we agreed on a £50 customs invoice, they never sent it, and I ended up paying £149 (30% more). I sent them my exact setup: IXIL slip-on, K&N filter, Dominator decat, no exhaust valve. The main reason I bought this service was to fix the jerking at 2000-3000 RPM during city riding. This is a well-known H2 SX issue. When I tested their map, the jerking was still there. Their response? "We do not tune below 3000 RPM." They literally admitted they cannot fix the problem I paid them to solve.
I asked for a revision. The second map was worse - rough idle, jerky throttle, terrible quick shifter. They told me to use the first map, basically admitting failure. I spent €50 on professional dyno testing which showed AFR of 12.8 - leaner than the safe 12.3-12.5 range for a supercharged engine. They also didn't configure the map for my setup despite me providing all details upfront.
When I asked basic questions about what they modified (standard practice for any tuner), everything was vague "trade secrets." When I showed dyno evidence, the manager became defensive and accused me of trying to steal their map. Absurd. I'm just an owner trying to verify the map won't damage my €20,000 motorcycle.
I requested a refund per their published policy and offered to return the device. Response: "I will not entertain any refund request from you." They refuse to honor their own guarantee despite clear evidence of defective work.
Bottom line: £648 for a tune that doesn't fix the stated problem, has questionable safety, wasn't configured correctly, and comes with hostile service. The only positive was +15 HP. Save yourself the money and frustration.

EDIT: I got money back via Charback from Mastercard. So big WIN for me and proof that I was right.

For Cal - You were not able to tune bellow 3000 what I asked and fix AFR, end of story mate. Good luck with tuning!!

Hi Marko, We always welcome feedback both positive & negative. We strive to deliver a 5 star service for all our customers and feedback is the best way to know what we're getting right and what needs improving.
With yourself it very quickly became evident that you were not a genuine customer and are in fact associated with a tuner and were simply trying to reverse engineer and copy our mapping. Its one thing to buy our Flasher and attempt to copy our maps but then to try to return our products is another. To come and leave a negative review is quite simply stretching the boundaries of audacity.

Advice, find another platform...

I signed up for SPP 2 years ago. Service is almost fine, but a lack of features, for $99/m, is too much, but I could live with that.

Then, they decided to increase the pricing, but they didn't JUST increase pricing, they moved features from the previous package (which was mine) to a higher-paid package, in that way forcing me to pay more, as more as double.

The thing is about the template editor/custom code. That option was available for all packages when I signed up, but now they forcing me to pay $299/mo just to have that feature which I used before, and added some code there to make UI/UX better.

Also, they noticed me for the price change, but not the package feature change.

So fraud, so pathetic...

EDIT: I decided to leave, but I give them another chance. Then I saw that I don't have old features available, and they didn't mention it anywhere in the email notice they sent to me.

I wasn't rude. If being rude means that I claim my rights, then OK.

And, you didn't decide to cancel my account, I did it myself.

You’ve subscribed to Basic plan on February 26th, 2021. At that time, the Template Editor was available on the Basic and Pro plans; the Starter plan did not have access to the Template Editor; so it wasn’t a feature available on all plans, as you mentioned.

We’ve honored grandfathered plans for the past six years while investing thousands of developer hours into building our platform with new features and improvements. After the launch of v3, every single customer has been moved to the new pricing system and its features as mentioned in the notice you replied to months ago.

While your new plan did not include the Template Editor, you did retain your existing customizations.

Nonetheless, after sending numerous rude and aggressive emails to our support team and stating you’d stop using our service in August, 2022, you decided not to leave. The same behavior happened again in October, 2022 at which point we stopped your subscription and gave you time to move to a different service.

We’re more than happy to accommodate customer requests, but do not appreciate your foul language.

Poor platform quality

Poor platform quality. I'm waiting for over 2 weeks for their developers to solve an issue with checkout translation. Support is useless, 3 staff members told me a different story in 5 days. Also, they don't offer any refund...

Since started to use Crocoblock plugins…

Since started to use Crocoblock plugins I noticed a huge amount of bugs especially Jet Woo Builder with Kava theme.
I addressed every single problem to support and they just crossing around every time.
I lose 2 and more months just testing their not-complete product and waste time and money as my clients are still waiting for the solution. 9 active subscriptions are just my effort to test Jet Woo Builder on different themes because it's not compatible with Kava and they admit that in one of our conversations.
I tried with Generate Press, Astra, Hello - the same problem appear.
Their awful support didn't solve any of my obvious problem and get me pissed of every time with some generic excuses. I tried to ask for a refund in the past, but their support member told me that she can help me, and she did not in any way. Total disaster!

They do not want to give me my money back, because I run out of 30 day money back, but that was because they delayed my requests...
