Item not dispatched 5 days later

Ordered an item 5 days ago, no tracking received, I rang today and was told that it wasn’t even dispatched yet and that ‘You can collect if you wanted to’ !!
No emails received to let me know that status of my order- Very poor experience Really disappointed in Euro Car parts and won’t order again

Awful quality t shirts -thin , cheap and shapeless -they don’t report emails or messages-avoid these shysters people
