Terrible app. I dread going to a car park with forced RingoApp. Had a dreadful time on Friday at Snowhill car park. Thankfully had some coins I could use but won’t use that car park until they change using RINGO

Ridiculous customer service

I've been a Barclays customer for over 20 years and I've finally had enough. Just trying to get my sis on the same account as me and was told I had to do this in branch via an appointment through customer services. No appointments available at 3 branches all of which would've taken me half hour to drive to. It's gotten so rediculous with branches closing, customer services on the phone being able to do nothing about it, I'm finally switching everything! Shame on you, Barclays!

Exceptionally poor service and untrustworthy

Found out that the legal firm and contact we worked with is now the Co-Op and our contact who set up our wills/trust is retired. No-one informed us! When trying to get some advise, we were promised a call back that day. Didn't happen. Following day I was told that it takes 48 hours for a consultant to call back - wasting a day when my retired dad had to stay in waiting for the call. This is not customer service and definitely not we had with Collective Legal Solutions. Really unhappy with not being able to speak to someone or have any clear date/time of when we'll get a call back even though they are storing out legal documents?!!

Home Styling Consultation that never happens

So they sent numerous reminders of the home styling consultation appointment where apparently "Sam" was going to call me. No information on what type of call - Zoom? Facetime? And guess what? No call happened at the scheduled time. Used to rate JL but I think their service and range of quality products has taken a serious nose dive. Been a JL customer for 15 years.... what a pity

Hidden costs for special adhesive

Wallpaper was delivered but didn't read enough of the product details online to see that a special adhesive has to be applied (though it falls into their Recommended section and not a requirement) - yet decorator didn't feel comfortable applying it without it. So had to pay a rush charge to get this to me in a couple of days. Not really worth it and experience left me out of pocket.

Just to confirm that the recommended paste is also on the same page as the wallpaper plus as soon as you put the wallpaper in the basket you would have also seen the pop-up that shows the recommended paste again for your chosen wallpaper.
In the description of this wallpaper it also mentions the paste.
However, as you have already mentioned that you 'didn't read enough of the product details online' and saw it was 'recommended' it clearly isn't hidden.
The paste does fall into recommended because it's the brands recommendation, it's not a requirement as you or your decorator may already have it or something suitable.
We are an independent family owned UK business that really cares about our customer experience and I'm sorry if you feel there was some other way we could have made the recommended paste clearer for you.

Horrible horrible experience with this…

Horrible horrible experience with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Couldn't find my order, therefore couldn't make the 5 day deadline. Customer service was useless - promised to call me back but never did - 3 times! Agreed to a refund. will never attempt to purchase from this company again....
